1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return a purchased item within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nina Bundi, Chilegass 14, 8604 Volketswil, Switzerland, email: info@ninabundi.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

2. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

• of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs,

• of digital content (e.g. downloads), provided that the execution has begun with your express consent and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the execution has begun.
